The Hollywood Reporter has teamed with leading conference producer Winston Baker to be the media partner on a series of film finance events held in cities across the globe over the next year.

“We are thrilled to partner with Winston Baker,” said Matthew Belloni, THR‘s executive editor. “We are continually looking for cutting edge ways to provide the industry with unique opportunities to learn and network, and Winston Baker’s series of conferences has been a valuable resource for professionals in this field.”

The THR-Winston Baker partnership begins with the Los Angeles-based Entertainment Finance Forum on March 1-2, held at the Loews Hollywood Hotel. Six other events geared toward industry executives will be held in 2016.

In the first half of the year those events include the TV & Film Finance Forum East held April 13 at New York’s Dream Downtown, the International Film Finance Forum on May 13 at Cannes’ InterContinental Carlton and the Film Finance Forum China in June at Shanghai’s Crowne Plaza in partnership with the Shanghai International Film Festival.

Other events include the Film Finance Forum at the Toronto International Film Festival in September, the Zurich Summit with the Zurich Film Festival on Sept. 24-25 at Zurich’s Dolder Grand and the Asia Pacific Entertainment Finance Forum in Honolulu in November in partnership with the Hawaii International Film Festival.

“In addition to this robust lineup, we are excited to announce a collaboration with the iconic entertainment publication The Hollywood Reporter as our new media partner,” said Katherine Winston and Amy Baker, co-founders of Winston Baker, in a joint statement. “We hope to advance the quality of our programming and develop fresh content that will spark new dialogue and inspire our global audience.”
