Lyndsay Harding is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of leading global talent and entertainment company, United Talent Agency (UTA). Since joining UTA in March 2018, she has been part of the team responsible for several strategic acquisitions including electronic dance music agency Circle Talent Agency; esports talent and marketing companies Press X and Everyday Influencers; and independent influencer firm Digital Brand Architects. She also played a lead role in securing the Public Sector Investment Board (PSP Investments) and Investcorp’s equity investment in UTA.  

Prior to joining UTA, she was CFO at DreamWorks Studios and a key member of the team responsible for the formation of Amblin Partners in 2015, which included a new $500 million credit facility and a new distribution partnership with Universal Pictures.  Earlier in her career, she was CFO at digital start-up Evergreen Studios, and before that, she was Senior Vice President at MGM, where she oversaw corporate development and financial planning for the studio.

Prior to earning her MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and transitioning to the entertainment industry, she began her career on Wall Street.  First, as an investment banking analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs and then an Associate at JPMorgan Partners, the private equity arm of JPMorgan Chase.

She is a graduate of Dartmouth College, a board member for the Weingart Center for the Homeless, and a co-founder of FEME: Female Executives in Media and Entertainment.
