Stanley Tang is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of DoorDash, the largest on-demand food delivery app in the US.
Brad has nearly 40 years of experience in accounting and auditing, with an emphasis on growth-type companies whose revenues range from $10 million to $200 million. Brad offers extensive experience and specialized expertise in the entertainment, technology, real estate, and manufacturing/distribution industries. He reviews financial statements of foreign and domestic companies to assure the application of generally accepted accounting principles of the United States, as well as the compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s rules and regulations.
As one of the leaders in BDO, Entertainment Industry practice, Brad’s diverse background includes all areas of entertainment, including motion pictures, television, music, video and post-production. He has been involved in royalty, participation and distribution examinations of many of the major studios.
Brad worked in Hong Kong for 3 years, running the Mergers and Acquisitions group of BDO, Asia Pacific practice. In addition to his responsibilities in the accounting and auditing areas, Brad’s clients rely on him as a trusted business advisor on a wide range of financial matters, including daily operations, acquisitions, going public, on-going financial advice, and a strategic approach for optimal reporting.
